No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU.

United Kingdom, Norway, and the USA
For customers in the UK, Norway, and the USA, no additional charges will apply.
We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning that Fagerdesign AB covers all risks, customs duties, and import clearance until your order is delivered.
The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay – no hidden fees or additional taxes.

International Orders (outside the EU, UK, Norway, and the USA)
Please note that if you are ordering from a country outside the above-mentioned regions, you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities, and Fagerdesign has no control over them.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable import charges.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or returned if these fees are not accepted and paid.
• If you refuse or delay payment of the required charges, your shipment may be destroyed by customs, and no refund will be issued.
