WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING COST?
Sweden: 49 SEK, free shipping above 500 SEK
Denmark: 75 DKK for standard shipping, 110 DKK for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 1000 DKK, free express shipping above 2000 DKK.
Norway: 169 NOK for standard shipping, 225 NOK for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 1799 NOK, free express shipping above 3499 NOK.
Europe: 10€ for standard shipping, 15€ for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 149€, free express shipping above 300€
UK: 15£ for standard shipping, 19£ for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 149£, free express shipping above 300£
Outside Europe: 15€/$ for express shipping, free shipping above 300€/$
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER
Orders placed before 1 PM CET are usually shipped the same day. Exceptions may occur when promotional campaigns are running.
Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday using DHL Freight, DHL Express, UPS or Postnord. You are able to choose your Freight option in checkout.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details.
When you place your order, you must give the same name as appears on your ID. Otherwise you may have problems collecting your parcel.
If you discover that any goods are damaged, you must notify us directly info@fagerequestrian.com.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders within the European Union are duty free.
United States
Due to current US customs regulations, duties will only be added on orders exceeding 800 USD/order/24 hours when shipping from Sweden to the USA.
Great Britain
Fagerdesign covers all import duties & taxes for GB orders. No extra charges will be added after checkout.
Norway
Fagerdesign are VOEC registration and covers all import duties & taxes for Norwegian orders. No extra charges will be added after checkout.
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. Fagerdesign has no control over possible import charges assessed by the country’s importers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for tax and duty charges. An order can not be cancelled or ‘returned to sender’ unless these charges have been cleared.
Delay or refusal when paying for these charges will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with Fagerdesign you agree to these terms and conditions.
HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery timescales:
Sweden 1-3 working days
Europe 1-5 working days
Outside Europe 1-5 working days
You’ll find your estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email, depending on the shipment method chosen. Please remember that this date is an estimate and your order may arrive slightly before, on or possibly after the estimated delivery date.
To follow the progress of your order, please check your tracking.
Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Europe;
Together with your order, you will receive a return label and a paper you can fill in with information about your return.
When sending the products, please carefully pack your item(s) in the original or similar protected packaging. Fix the attached return label onto the outer packaging. To avoid any potential problems, please remove the original shipping label from the package or stick the return label over it, ensuring it is not visible.
The products needs to be new and not used, in their original packaging with all the tags on.
Please keep an eye on the tracking for your return as it makes its way back to us. Once you see it has reached our warehouse, please allow 3 working days for it to be processed (allow up to 5 working days during sale periods). Within this timeframe you will receive an email to confirm your refund has been processed. It may then take a further 5 working days to appear in your bank account.
If you can see your return has reached us and more than 7 working days have passed, please email us at info@fagerequestrian.com and we can look into it.
Outside Europe:
To return an item(s) please complete the return information on the back of the order confirmation that you received in the package, and contact us via email info@fagerqeuestrian.com to get your return shipping label. The products needs to be new and not used, in their original packaging with all the tags on. We use DHL/UPS for returns outside Europe, as this is the only proven way we can be assured it will be delivered directly back to our warehouse. Any returns which have not been pre-notified will be charged a 20€/$ handling fee and we do not take any responsibility for lost packages or if we are unable to collect. Please write us an email if you sent the package without our return label and we will try our best to solve it.

RETURNED PRODUCT; HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded through the original payment method for your order. This transaction usually takes 2-5 working days, you will receive email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period of 30 days. If you try to return an item after this period has expired, we may have to return it to you and request that you cover the delivery costs.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Make a new order for the different size/color you want. If you bought an item with a discount code or during a campaign, please get in touch with us at (info@fagerequestrian.com), and we will get back to you with a discount code for your new order.
HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM?
Our goal is to offer the best quality possible, but even the sun has its spots. If you ever need to file a claim, we are here to help. Please send us an email (info@fagerequestrian.com) with the following information:
Description of your claim
Order number or receipt number
Photos of the faulty product
If you wish to change the product or get a refund
We will get back to you by email as soon as possible and handle your claim.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number and link in your confirmation email once your order has been shipped. However, please note it can take some time for the tracking to be updated, this is unfortunately out of our hands.
Orders are collected from our warehouse on weekdays at approximately 2-4 PM CET.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERED PARCEL
In the unlikely occurrence, you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at info@fagerequestrian.com and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.
I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER
We offer a 30 day open purchase policy from the day you receive your parcel. If you are unhappy with the product, you may send it back to us and receive a full refund. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Returned products must be in original condition for a full refund, within 30 days after you have received your order.
We do not accept returns where the clothes look used or are stained or dirty. We recommend taking care when trying on items and covering areas to avoid any transfer of makeup/fake tan onto the fabric.
OBS, BITS!
For hygiene reasons all original tags should still be attached and the item be in original unused condition.
For bits that are not in new condition returned to us will incur a surcharge of 50€/50$/500SEK.
Unclaimed packages that are being returned to us till incur a surcharge of 30€/30$/300SEK.
