Instructions for special orders

We take special orders 2 times a year, you can make your special order during October/November, week 44+45 and April, week 15+16. During these weeks, you can order your custom made bits.

All the prices are based on the material and choice of sidepiece. Handling fees for special orders will be added and do include shipping.

Special order fees: 20€ / 250SEK / 35$ / 20£ / 300NOK / 150DKK

The delivery time is approximately 3 months from the end of the period for special orders. Please note, in case of unforeseeable events, we have the right to extend the delivery time up to 6 months.

As the custom bits are specially made for you, we do not offer any exchanges or returns of custom bits. After your order is made you cannot cancel it, and all special orders are pre-paid with a stripe link (card payments).
