WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING COST?
Sweden: 49 SEK, free shipping above 500 SEK
Denmark: 75 DKK for standard shipping, 110 DKK for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 1000 DKK, free express shipping above 2000 DKK.
Norway: 169 NOK for standard shipping, 225 NOK for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 1799 NOK, free express shipping above 3499 NOK.
Europe: 10€ for standard shipping, 15€ for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 149€, free express shipping above 300€
UK: 15£ for standard shipping, 19£ for express shipping. Free standard shipping above 149£, free express shipping above 300£
Outside Europe: 15€/$ for express shipping, free shipping above 300€/$
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER
Orders placed before 1 PM CET are usually shipped the same day. Exceptions may occur when promotional campaigns are running.
Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday using DHL Freight, DHL Express, UPS or Postnord. You are able to choose your Freight option in checkout.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details.
When you place your order, you must give the same name as appears on your ID. Otherwise you may have problems collecting your parcel.
If you discover that any goods are damaged, you must notify us directly info@fagerequestrian.com.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders within the European Union are duty free.
United States
Due to current US customs regulations, duties will only be added on orders exceeding 800 USD/order/24 hours when shipping from Sweden to the USA.
Great Britain
Fagerdesign covers all import duties & taxes for GB orders. No extra charges will be added after checkout.
Norway
Fagerdesign are VOEC registration and covers all import duties & taxes for Norwegian orders. No extra charges will be added after checkout.
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. Fagerdesign has no control over possible import charges assessed by the country’s importers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for tax and duty charges. An order can not be cancelled or ‘returned to sender’ unless these charges have been cleared.
Delay or refusal when paying for these charges will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with Fagerdesign you agree to these terms and conditions.
HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery timescales:
Sweden 1-3 working days
Europe 1-5 working days
Outside Europe 1-5 working days
You’ll find your estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email, depending on the shipment method chosen. Please remember that this date is an estimate and your order may arrive slightly before, on or possibly after the estimated delivery date.
To follow the progress of your order, please check your tracking.
Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

If you have any questions about your package before it leaves our warehouse, please feel free to contact us at info@fagerequestrian.com.
If the package has left our warehouse, contacting the shipping company is always faster if you have any questions. We do not have more information than what is on the tracking page. However, the shipping company asks you to get the shipper to contact them, and we are always happy to help.
You can track your package with the tracking ID you get as the package is sent.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PACKAGE FROM THE PICKUP LOCATION IN TIME?
If your package is not picked up in time from the pickup point, we have a return and handling cost of 30€/30$/30BGP/300SEK/195DKK/300NOK. This is the amount that the shipping company will charge us for packages that are not claimed.
Your shipping company should provide you with the collection time.
HOW DO I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR MAKE A CLAIM?
