Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday using the chosen shipping company. You are able to choose your Freight option in checkout.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details.When you place your order, you must give the same name as appears on your ID. Otherwise you may have problems collecting your parcel.
If you discover that any goods are damaged, you must notify us directly info@fagerequestrian.com.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
Orders within the EU No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU.
United Kingdom, Norway, and the USA For customers in the UK, Norway, and the USA,no additional charges will apply. We ship usingDDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning that Fagerdesign AB covers all risks, customs duties, and import clearance until your order is delivered. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay – no hidden fees or additional taxes.
International Orders (outside the EU, UK, Norway, and the USA) Please note that if you are ordering from a country outside the above-mentioned regions, you may be required to paycustoms duties, VAT, and handling feesupon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities, andFagerdesign has no control over them.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable import charges.
Orderscannot be cancelled or returnedif these fees are not accepted and paid.
If you refuse or delay payment of the required charges, your shipment may bedestroyed by customs, andno refundwill be issued.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T CLAIM MY PACKAGE IN TIME OR DON'T ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
If your package is not picked up in time from the pickup point or accepts the home delivery, we have a return and handling cost of 30€/30$/30BGP/300SEK/195DKK/300NOK. This is the amount that the shipping company will charge us for packages that are not claimed.
If you choose home delivery, it's the receiver's responsibility to be home during the delivery, or contact the shipping company to book a delivery time. We do not take responsibility for failed delivery attempts or if the shipping company cannot get a hold of you.
Your shipping company should provide you with the collection time.
